“Dreams & Flashbacks” is a blend of electric piano and synthesized bells rising and cascading down the same scale in unison. Windy white noise shoots across the stereo field and the effect is given a generous helping of reverb.
This kind of sound is well-known in cartoons and comedy when a character is dreaming, having a flashback, recounting past events or being hypnotized. This sample can be looped.
